Shashi Jaligama holds 15+ years of rich experience in digital marketing built across diverse sectors like retail, fashion, gaming, telecom and finance. From his stint as the Head of Affiliates team at London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) to being the Managing Director at GUS Education India, he has developed in-depth understanding of the education sector and strives to promote academia, growth and innovation. Having spent almost a decade of his work life in the U.K. within leadership roles, his originality and creative line of thought reverberate with global businesses, setting him a class apart.

Currently he leads a team of over 800 employees and believes in showcasing strong commitment to ethical and professional values across the organisation. He has an integrated and holistic approach towards the functioning of business and aspires for consistent growth across all functions - Digital Marketing, Client Services, International and Domestic Student Recruitment & Marketing, Corporate Services, IT, Client relations, etc.

Sreekanth is the strategic leader, heading the functions of Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Learning and Development, and Legal and Compliance. His ingenuity and accumulated business acumen have helped transcend the organisation in terms of revenue and profitability.

With an impressive portfolio that spans over 21 years, this seasoned management professional has donned the role of business leadership for illustrious MNCs like American Express, IBM, DELL and IRIS. He was formerly the chief executive officer for Wellth Solutions Pvt Ltd and the Chief Operating Officer for IRIS KPO.

The law graduate is also a professional accountant and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious - Indian Institute of Management (IIM-K).

Rajat is heading the IT department for GUS Education India with a substantial track record in building & managing robust IT environments for renowned blue-chip organizations.

His career spans across 17+ years in managing multifaceted and technologically advanced IT systems across USA, EMA and APAC regions. With an MBA in International Business from IMT, Ghaziabad, he is known for his leadership in Global IT Networking Operations and Engineering, building IT strategy, business analytics and smart services. He has also worked in leadership roles with industry giants such as Microsoft, Diebold Nixdorf and Telstra.

Currently setting up the IT operations, infrastructure and applications functions for GEI, he carries core specialization in technology strategy and governance, business continuity planning and crisis management, this Mayo College Alumni is also an avid author and speaker.

With more than 16 years of experience in global higher education, KV is known for his proficiency with numbers and strategy-building ability that drives revenues. Associated with prestigious organisations like ISIC-UNESCO and University of Arts, London, he has been the driving force behind large sales teams successfully executing student recruitment for PG, UG and integrated programs in both domestic and international markets.

At GUS Education India, KV heads the complete gamut of International Direct Sales for prominent brands on a global scale.

Holding an impressive 18 years of experience, Pranav Bhattacharya heads Operations Service Delivery and Transformation Streams for GUS Universities. An expert in the field of digital strategy, solution envisioning and process consulting, he has assisted customers in defining & developing learner-centric digital solutions.

His team provides excellent student experience using a mix of AI expertise, analytics and immersive technologies solutions. His contribution has transformed organisations across sectors enabling business strategy, innovation and technology for the clients.

Core IT services offered by him include implementation, modernization, cloud migration, enterprise applications maintenance and infrastructure consolidation. Additional offerings incorporate portfolio analysis and optimization benefits.

Nikhil has been a key member of GUS Education India’s inception story. Within a span of 3 years, he has established a full-fledged Digital Marketing and Analytics in-house agency. By developing a self-sustaining services ecosystem, with a culture which promotes employee empowerment and growth mindset, he has carved the path for continual YoY growth across 19 international higher education brands.

With 15 years of experience in international marketing and client servicing for high growth start-ups, this globe trotter has lead successful teams across travel, education and gaming sector. Passionate about developing marketing and innovation programs, his expertise lies in developing new revenue streams and enabling valuable partnerships.

He has enjoyed a long stint in UK, Italy and Slovenia followed by a journey back to rediscovering his roots in India and establishing GUS Education India’s Client Services wing.
